Hospice-palliatív otthonápolás
Szervezetünk intézményi és otthonápolási teamak működését koordinálja. Az otthonápolás keretében multidiszciplinaris team látogatja, segiti otthonában a beteget és támogatja ellátását vagy a családját is, ha kell. A csapat tagjai orvos, szakápoló, pszichológus, gyógytornász , akik összesen maximum 150 vizitet (alkalmat) állhatnak a beteg rendelkezésére. Az intézményi hospice ellátók bennfekvés formájában nyujtanak támogatást a haldokló betegnek, itt családok nem lehetnek velük, csak látogathatják őket.

What seems to make it work
Össztársadalmi szinten az ellátás olcsóbb, mint a kórházi kezelés, felesleges hospitalizálás. Kevesebbet kell mozgatni, szállitani a beteget. Mindemellett a beteg méltóságát, otthoni környezetét megörizzük.
What gets in the way
Alacsony állami finanszírozás, nehéz gondoskodó és szakszerű munkát végző, odaadó szakmai segítőket találni az egészségügyben.
How it is funded
90 %-ban állami /biztositási finanszirozás, 10% alapitványi adományok.
