Let's Bring Mental Health into Schools!
As part of this project, the organisation's volunteers run workshops on mental health in secondary schools across the country. These workshops, designed by researchers in psychology and psychiatry, teach pupils how to identify the most common mental disorders, where and how they can ask for help, and how they can support those close to them. Afterwards, the psychologists or school counsellors who attend the workshops can take over the materials and run these workshops in their own school. In 2025 we also extended this project to small urban areas.
