Stretnutia sú vo frekvencii 1 krát za týždeň, 1,5 hodiny, pre cca 12 – 14 ľudí. Lektorka je zamestnanec zariadenia sociálnych služieb a robí túto aktivitu pro bono (bez nároku na finančnú odmenu). Seniori majú tieto tréningy pamäte zdarma.
